I'm also an owner of over 20 units in Halifax Nova Scotia and I've spent the last 15 years finding and creating value in real estate both personally and for all my valued clients.

Like many Realtors® I had a few past lives before real estate. I have a Science degree in Kinesiology and worked in the field of rehabilitation, athletic training and strength and conditioning while pursuing my first love and completing my commercial pilots license. I flew commercially for about 12 years and had some pretty amazing experiences working overseas and then a great opportunity with Canada's largest airline. But after buying my first 5 investment properties and being exposed to some of the most successful real estate agents in the world during a week long coaching seminar in Los Angeles, I knew the path that I should take involved real estate.

I had the privilege of learning about the Nova Scotia market from a couple of Canada's Top Century 21 Producers and the first year I joined my mentors team, I was lucky enough to see what it was like to be the number two team in the country for gross closed commissions. I was coached by the Tom Ferry Team, one of the worlds most sought after real estate coaches, and I  "drank" information from the proverbial firehose that first full year. Since then, I have been an award winning producer every year building on those invaluable experiences and bringing a diverse real estate background and business minded skillset to my clients real estate needs.

I work with a select group of Buyers and Sellers at any given time, usually by referral, so I can insure the absolute best service and experience in what has been a very chaotic real estate market. I'll bring a lot of experience to your transaction which translates to foresight, enabling a much more organized and less stressful experience. While my job is to manage your transaction from start to finish, having the experience to recognize the signs of potential future problems or opportunities in a negotiation and communicate solutions and strategies to my clients before they create problems or so we can capitalize on a solution is what sets me apart from many others.
